• Keep a track on integration projects and ensure that they meet business requirements and goals.
• Fulfill the end user requirements.
• Identify and resolve the system issues.
• Making recommendation of the integration products and services by carrying out proper researches.
• Work with the analysts, system designers, and business owners to lead in the integration testing phase.
• Communicate with the software developers and engineers to address any problem in the program logic.
• Checking for any issues with the operation of the new applications with the existing system softwares and applications.
• Improve the business process by integratio.n
• Minimizing the impact of integration on various existing processes.
• Evaluating the results of the integration projects and preparing reports for the same.
• Train the employees on new application features.
• Develop data integration strategy, standards, tools and ensuring all work. efforts have appropriate documentation for security and audit purposes utilizing internal standards.
• Analyse the method of transforming existing data into a format for the new environment and the loading of this data into other database structures.
• Facilitate the development of comprehensive solutions for KPI through the integration of system interfaces from various sources and business areas into the enterprise data model reporting, Business Intelligence and operational components.
• Understand how data is used across the enterprise and the associated implications on people, processes, and technology.
• Provide technical leadership support to Project Managers, IT Delivery, and Operations Support teams during SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and application support operations.
• Analyze existing and future application architectures for data integration and reporting.
• Produce High Level Design solutions including recommended solutions and alternative options.

• Minimum three to five years of experience of application integration using the Talend application integration suite
• Experience with Camel,
• Expert in database engineering using SQL Server and SQL development
• Expert in SOA messaging
• Extensive knowledge about even driven systems, schema, orchestration, mapping, and ESB exception handling
• Deep understanding of relational and dimensional database domains as well as extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, application programming, and web and software applications.
• Expert knowledge about secure transmissions, digital certificated, authorization, authentication and PKI
• Strong experience with data architecture and application architecture
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
