Your field of responsibility

An exciting opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic banking environment in a varied and responsible administrative function within our Front Support team in Zurich is expecting you. We offer a meaningful role as central point of expertise on all matters regarding pricing, Special Tariff Terms and retrocessions, providing statements and payment overviews.
You will support and guide our relationship managers in the areas External Asset Managers and Premium Clients with regard to pricing, special conditions and handling of the respective tools. This means in essence handling and assessment of special condition requests for banking products received from front units via dedicated tools, leading and/or assisting various clean-up actions after pricing initiatives and restructuring processes and the creation and analysis of reports.
You will have daily interaction and close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Service Centre and IT as well as daily business support for stakeholders; you will have as well the chance to provide information and training to Relationship Managers.
This will help you develop an in-depth understanding of the EAM banking business and products and you have the possibility to take over deputy management and leadership functions.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a dynamic, service-minded personality with management and leadership skills.

  • A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in Banking, Operations, Finance or Controlling
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially practical Excel knowledge is required
  • Proficient language skills in German and English (written and spoken); French, Italian and Spanish is a plus
  • Conceptual and analytical skills with a flair for data and figures
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask in a rapidly changing environment
  • An enthusiastic and quality-minded attitude combined with a professional approach
  • Skills of a dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve
  • Leadership experience would be an advantage; aspiration to take over a leadership role in the future
