As a Facility Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance of the heating and cooling systems in the Murten plant.

Your responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting: Daily work related to building technical installations such as: Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning, Air compressors, etc.
  • Preventive maintenance: Carry out weekly, monthly or annual checks of all the technical installations of the building. Follow-up of the checklist to keep it up to date.
  • Safety: Respect and ensure respect for health and safety rules: signs, instructions, information, etc.
  • Technical projects: Technical follow-up of projects with rigor and autonomy, such as modifications of existing installations, relocation of installations etc.
  • PIKET service: On-call service: at night, on weekends On site intervention if necessary.
  • Administrative and Stocks: Carry out administrative missions in facility buildings Requesting prices and deadlines / Preparing orders / Monitoring deliveries.

Requirements:
  • CFC in facility maintenance - heating and cooling installations-
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Very good technical knowledge of heating and cooling subjects: heating and cooling installations, ventilation, electricity, compressed air etc.
  • Comfortable with Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Autonomous, organized, team spirit, good communication
  • Languages: fluent in French or German. Very good knowledge of the other language. English is a plus.
  • Driving license: B
  • Flexibility and availability in case of emergency
