In the area of Northwestern Switzerland we are looking for:

Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) Capillary Electrophoresis

Ideally, you will be experienced as a Field Service Engineer or in the use of analytical instrumentation. You will look after your customers from your home office, which should be in the area of Northwestern Switzerland.

Your Tasks:
  • Autonomous planning, implementation and work organization of service operations, consisting of installation of new systems, maintenance, repairs and user training on the systems
  • Improve service order volume, define sales and profits, achieve goals
  • Caring for customer data through careful and timely report generation and systematic logging and reporting of errors, taking over the appropriate services
  • Active collaboration with our service, sales and technical support colleagues
  • Regular participation in internal product training
  • Sustainably increase customer loyalty and sales development, systematically build trust with existing customers and increase the number of products sold.
  • Continuous participation on internal product trainings.

Your Profile:

In order to successfully master the challenge as a service engineer / technician, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Completed studies in the fields of electrical engineering, medical technology, physics, chemistry, science or a completed relevant apprenticeship with advanced training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience in a relevant field of application is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English spoken and written
  • Safe handling of the common EDP
  • High willingness to travel (driver’s license required)
You should be able to work in a team and be confident. You will enjoy immersing yourself in the sophisticated technology of the devices. You are a committed and independent personality who likes to work in a small, dynamic team. You also have an open and communicative working style.
