(*Benefits vary by country)As Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of our medical device products around Emergency Care / Acute Care / Public Access for the French speaking part of Switzerland.Your responsibilities:
  • You are the contact person for our customers in all technical matters.
  • You will be responsible for all technical services regarding maintenance and repairs in clinics, hospitals, emergency services, but also public and official buildings on site.
  • You coordinate and document the agreed services.
  • Together with your sales colleagues, you present new products and explain the technical features.
  • You attend trade fairs and congresses and work very closely with the office and field sales teams.
  • Team cohesion is important to you, which is why you are happy to support larger customer projects.
Your qualification:
  • You have an apprenticeship / degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or as an industrial mechanic.
  • You have professional experience in technical field service engineering.
  • As an experienced technician, you can do several measurements.
  • With your curiosity and motivation to learn, it is easy for you to understand complex facts and explain them in a simple way.
  • As an organizational talent, you can plan your service orders yourself.
  • Customers and colleagues appreciate you as a reliable, service-oriented personality. You communicate fluently in French and ideally very well in German and English.
  • You are confident in using a PC and general application programs (MS Office).
