The Opportunity

As a FileNet Administrator/ Enterprise Content Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for the planning, Installation, design, configuration, testing and support of FileNet software and DMS Platform projects for leading customers in the industry. This covers also different integrations, customizations and data migration.

Must Have

Required & nice to have Skills:

• Good knowledge on ECM Products (FileNet P8, FileNet Image Services)
• Experience with FileNet based document management system, IBM Content Navigator and IBM Enterprise Records
• Proven experience in planning, installation and configuration on different FileNet software versions and upgrades of systems in both Linux and windows.
• Hands-on experience on Maven, Unix, WebLogic 12.x, EJBs, Oracle 19c, SQL, SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic application server administration.
• Proven experience in planning and executing migration of FileNet IS to P8.
• Hands-on experience on JAP, SPUDs, Splunk and Odyssey standards during design and development.
• Experience with designing workflows and Process Engine administration.
• Experience with IBM Content Collector, Batchit and Control-m.
• Proven experience on Cognos software installation and administration.
• Troubleshooting experience on ECM product and application servers
• Experience on service monitoring, availability control, handling of incidents and problem tickets plus service level communication where necessary
• Analysis of incidents and defects, proactive tracking
• Maintenance activities (e.g. lifecycle measures, configuration and reporting)
• As an FileNet Administrator you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the services used by clients, both businesses and individuals to manage their documents and their processes (L3 support with affinity for end-to-end business processes)
• Experience in organizing workshops and trainings, managing functional and non-functional requirements and advising the customer for the best solutions.
• Great communication skills to be able to discuss with business stakeholders as well as with the technical team, responsible for the implementation.
• Exposure to tools to document stories, epics, features, functional documentation and manage the product backlog (Jira, Confluence)
• Fluent English is a must and German is nice to have.
