For further support to the Finance & Office Management, we presently are recruiting for our client, a mid-sized, innovative Commodity Trading company in Baar/Zug, a

Finance & Administration Assistant (80-100%)

Finance/Accounting: reception of invoices, credit card statements and employee expenses and preparation for Accounts Payable; various administrative tasks such as filing financial documents/invoice. Prepare expense reports, Supporting Head of Finance with Administrative tasks: reconciliation of bank accounts, booking of involves and travel expenses in Abacus, reconciliation of GL accounts; preparing of VAT declaration, assistance in month end closing, preparation of payments in on-line banking, debtors/creditors accounting.

Administration: offer administrative support across the organization; organize participation for events, prepare communications, placing stationary orders and supplies for office/kitchen, filing of finance/admin and company documentation. Participating in organising legal documents, certifications, company documents and provide simple and accurate information in-person and via phone/email/zoom requesting and filing various finance and company documents and pending tasks.

Reception: back up during absences and vacations, tasks include - welcome guests and greet people visiting the building, support on events organisation, manage handling mail/post, DHL, Fedex
