  • Challenging and acting as a consultant and trusted independent partner to the business, facilitating insight and exploring ways to improve business performance
  • Delivering action-oriented analysis, modeling various scenarios, and proposing recommendations that support the Head Global Financial Intermediaries (GFIM) and his management team in their decision making process
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as the Head GFIM and his management team on regional level, as well as the Chief of Staff, Sales, Strategy and Risk teams and work in close coordination with them
Specific responsibilities include:



  • Maintaining forecasts for the GFIM business (revenues, costs, net new money)
  • Being the go-to person for FIM and End Client analytics
  • Preparing various management presentations (such as the monthly Business Forum and the Business Performance Review)
Your teamYou’ll be working in the WM Switzerland & GFIM Finance team in Zurich. Your team is based in Zurich and Krakow. In your role you will be working very closely with the GFIM business forum members and with colleagues and stakeholders located both in Switzerland and globally covering the business. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to share best practices and insights with the other Finance teams as well as Division Finance.Your expertise



  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the area of finance business partnering, financial/data analysis, or controlling - preferably within banking.
  • Sound knowledge of the financial services industry with strong understanding of P&L dynamics and underlying drivers
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, high degree of reliability and independence.
  • Strong technical skills with MS Excel, comfortable to work with large datasets.
  • Precise and error-free way of working.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
