Key Responsibilities
  • Providing analysis and deliver analytical insights that link financial reports to business strategies
  • Performing structural cost analysis & forecasting
  • Supporting current and future pricing and incentive management. Analyses of pricing proposals, quarterly price and incentives campaign and evaluate sales channel profitability
  • Supporting end-to-end Annual Budget and Long-Term Planning activities
  • Preparing monthly forecast, identify impacts and opportunities, and propose ideas to improve profitability
  • Any other ad-hoc reporting and analysis activities
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance
  • Post graduate degree or business qualification is a plus (MSc, MBA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent)
  • 3 years proven experience in an international finance department
  • Excellent financial analytical skills
  • Experience in large ERP’s and Hyperion (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
  • Strong customer focus, eye for business and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Stress-resistant, flexible, and well balanced
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English - German would be a plus
Candidates must be eligible to work within Switzerland without restriction. If you do not have a EU or Swiss citizenship, we are not able to provide an Swiss work permit.
