JOB PURPOSE

The Finance Transformation & Development team has the mandate to lead Finance processes & applications assessment and continuous improvement, inspire innovation with the goal to contribute to a state-of-art finance organization. In the context of such a dynamic team, the Finance Business Analyst will be part of the exciting journey to start-up the newly created luxury division of MSC Cruises Group.

Reporting to the Finance Transformation Program Associate Director in MSC Cruises SA, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects stay on track and cooperate with the Finance Transformation & Development Team to guarantee the timely delivery of finance projects. You will participate to planning, executing, controlling & closing phases of several business initiatives in coordination with Business Integration & Finance Teams.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Finance projects:

- Prepare the Project Management supporting documentation (project roadmap, internal / external resource tracking, planning…)

- Participate & drive workshops and perform solution conceptualization (simplification of target processes, evaluation of options, definition of to-be workflow…)

- Assist with finance projects governance (prepare meeting documentation, meeting minutes, follow-up status, logistics…)

- Deal with finance and business community to facilitate the communication and the decision-making process

- Monitor testing activities and track the status on a regular basis

Finance Transformation project:

- Coordinate with the Finance Transformation Team to guarantee that Luxury Finance initiatives advance in the general context of team-led initiatives

- Prepare & circulate global communication on the project advancement


QUALIFICATIONS

- 5-7 years’ experience in consulting companies as Business analyst and functional consultant

- Master’s degree in engineering, accounting or equivalent

- Fluent in English, oral and written, any other language is an advantage

- Good understanding of accounting processes

- Excellent business analysts capabilities: process documentation, workflow, issue & mitigation solution conceptualization

- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Strong Project management experience
