For our European Headquarter in Zurich, we are currently looking for an

Finance Graduate

Responsibilities


  • Monitor proper posting of all supplier invoices based on the accounting, cost centers and tax rules of the country’s trading companies in Europe
  • Coordinate Purchase Orders
  • Ensure payment is performed and recorded in a timely manner
  • Review of employee personal expense claims in accordance with company Travel Policy
  • AP coordinator between the EU local accounts and the EU Headquarter
  • Other Ad hoc administrative and financial projects that will occur from time to time

Requirements


  • Relevant academic background in finance/accounting
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player with hands on approach to problem solving
  • Flexible, trustworthy, and cooperative personality with a high level of risk awareness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure

Languages


Fluent in English, German considered an advantage
