Flex Suisse is the number one service provider to empower legal & compliance departments with flexible workforce, managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Germany. For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Finance | Legal Counsel | Zurich | Temp. 3 months | 80-100% | March. 2023 | CHF 120’000+

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on legal requirements in relation to data privacy and financial products
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, policies and other legal documents
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and implement measures
  • Maintain and advise on the bank’s disclaimer framework
  • Engage in internal legal projects and trainings

Experience:

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Law degree, bar admission is a plus
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Proven expertise in data privacy and FINMA
  • Min. 3 years of PQE as a lawyer in the finance sector
