Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

We are looking for a Finance Manager joining the JBS Controlling organization!

Flexible location from one of our JBS locations in Switzerland, Belgium or Ireland. The role will have support from the broader Controlling organisation to complete executional activities required.

The role we are looking for is diverse in its aspects and requires working in a cross-functional and international environment.

Finance Lead International Alliances

• Provide Finance Business Leadership for International Alliances by partnering with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical affairs.
• Build executive summary and drive discussion with Senior Management, including business and financial overviews, operational insights and market analytics.
• Identify and highlight insights that may influence business decisions, while collaborating with external partners including Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Lead and develop financial analysis for potential risks and opportunities. Ensure operational and foreign currency impacts are analyzed and mitigated where possible.
• Own forecast cycles and quarterly close processes.
• Adapt financial reporting requirements in light of on going digitalization projects.
• Shape and influence physical and financial flow changes, hedging, inventory transfer and accounting and reporting treatment of areas impacted by the asset transfer.
• Lead and support a major asset transfer project by collaborating with multiple, internal and external, groups involved in the project. Groups include Commercial, Alliance management, Business Development.
• Support various ad-hoc initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance/economics with +8 years of proven experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently within a virtual organization
• Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
• Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
