This role covers the supply chain and Swiss entity finance support for the HBT BMS business in EMEA. It leads the FP&A support for the end to end supply chain, including factories, logistics, as well as sourcing and is the ISC Finance leader for SwissCo. It reports directly to the HBT BMS ISC Finance Leader and partners with the BMS Europe ISC Leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
  • Partner with ISC leadership, ISC finance manager and BMS business and finance to provide standard, insightful in-depth analysis of root causes of performance and support leadership in identification of plans to drive improvements in factory and operations performance
  • Responsible for the Accounting, Financial Reporting, Forecasting & AOP for Swiss HQ entity as well as BMS ISC Europe in accordance with US GAAP
  • Partner with business and ISC leadership in deployment of strategy and AOP to ensure execution
  • Support Logistics with analysis and cost control, including coordination of approvals for inventory adjustments
  • Responsible for CAPEX and purchasing approvals, budgeting and analysis
  • Provide daily / weekly / monthly analysis of ISC cost, productivity and working capital performance to EMEA team
  • Track and provide regular end to end supply chain updates on forecasted performance
  • Participate in ISC reviews identifying key issues, formation of corrective actions and improvement plans - Monthly Operating Review, providing standard analysis and reports to weekly performance indicators
  • Provide leadership to achieve standardized treatment of key financial controls. Deploy key standard tools and processes in cooperation with GFC

Key skills/Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and influence / drive business decisions using appropriate, fact-based financial information
  • Credible individual with strong written and oral communications skills; ability to deliver clear and concise information
  • Experience in developing strong partnerships and a collaborative environment across functional organizations and regions
  • Execute the responsibilities to ethical standards, as per the Code of Conduct and HON behaviors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good understanding of CPS/SAP, BI/BO and HFM tool
  • Fluent in English

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree
  • Fluent in German, Romanian and Hungarian
