  • Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly Nyon Plant PL/Cash & inventory forecast
  • Prepare month end close process (accrual calculation, expenses accuracy, integrity, etc.) as well as monthly reports that will support operations in their decision making (Headcount, MUV, OPEX and others)
  • Provide Cost estimate for project or new product launch
  • Conduct regular cost centre reviews with key stakeholder and ensure cost reduction & optimization by providing strong Business partnering
  • Support by educating all the Plant functions to better understand the financial impacts
  • Drive the 1.5.500 strategy by delivering cost savings & Identify projects for simplification/optimization of our day to day work
  • Support Departments to deliver the 1.5.500 and their commitments (Actuals tracking, projects assessment, Optimization, long term plan)
  • Support simplification within Finance department by improving reporting tools
Your Profile
  • University degree in Finance or professional experience
  • Minimum 3+ years financial management and analysis experience
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Advanced computer skills – Excel & Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Rigorous and strong analysis skills
  • Autonomous and strong interpersonal skills
