Finance Product Specialist (Anaplan and SAP)

CONTEXT

This role is embedded in Richemont’s Group Technology product domain "Business Foundation" and part of the area "Finance", to which belongs the Product Team "Corporate Performance Management"

You are a Finance Product Specialist creating value with the design, realisation, maintenance, continuous improvement, and complex support of the template for financial planning and analysis in Anaplan in exchange with SAP SEM / BI platform, while following the best practices and necessary compliance.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be handling a specific scope, collaborating closely with the corresponding business counterparts, in topics such as:

Financial Planning, budgets, rolling forcast on balance sheet and P&L items and other KPIs
Management Reporting

For these and other topics, you are expected to:
Own and maintain the technical solution together with the team end-to-end
Assess enhancement requests and propose the best solutions
Proactively improve the flows that could be optimized
Be able to multi-task and define your own priorities
Be ready to learn and master a new technology

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You hold an University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and speak fluent English.
You have at least 3 years of experience with Anaplan and/or SAP BW-IP projects and/or support, ideally also working with SAP Analysis for Office, BW-IP Planning Sequences, FOX Formulas, BW modelling and BEx Query design.
You are an advanced user of both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access, being able to maintain and create complex VBA scripts.
Although not mandatory, it would also be beneficial to have some experience with other tools such as SAP BPS, SAP BCS, SAP Analytics Cloud and Informatica ETL.
You demonstrate good teamwork as well as the capacity to liaise directly with the business stakeholders in a professional manner, You are able to easily switch from an IT mindset to a business mindset and vice-versa.
