For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Financial Advisor Assistant.

Your Responsibilities

Primary Role – Consolidation & Reporting (50%)

Scanning and data imput into the Portcons system.
Securities creation based on Telekurs & Bloomberg.
Portfolios reconciliation of cash, positions and other events (Dividends, Contributions, Cacs, Stock Splits, etc.).
Accounting consolidation for 10 clients.
Coherence control between external information and data entry consolidation on banking system.
Report quality control (performances, prices etc.,).
Client reports production and timely accurate delivery.
Interaction about the performance review of the reports with the financial analyst’s team.
Chasing missing documentation from other banks.
Interaction with some PBs who are providing documents / info for some of the special clients.

Second Role – Private Equity Administration (50%)

General maintenance of PE document database and contact information.
Maintain subscription order booklet.
Checking communication channel with PE manager for transactions or others.
Downloading from website and uploading of transactions on Intranet of capital calls, reimbursement, and valuations.
Internal treatment of PE transactions (Excel spreadsheet).
Collecting PE/RE tax documents.
Execution of performance reports.
Summarize important information from quarterly reports.
Classifying securities according to the class scheme of the bank.
Selection and Allocation of the portfolio.

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years experience in reconciliation/consolidation reporting Private Equity.
Background in a bank is a plus.
Strong IT skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft tools (specifically Excel).
Knowledge of Finamic is a strong plus.
Fluent in French and English.
