You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can communicate with confidence. You are comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressure. You are able to effectively manage and build excellent relationships in a matrix environment. You hold a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics, or equivalent. You have a 1 to 3 years’ successful professional experience in FP&A, business analysis or financial control in an international environment. You speak fluently French and English. You have advanced Excel skills (dashboarding on Power-BI is a plus) and are a good user of the rest of the MS Office suite (Powerpoint and Word). You have a practical knowledge of management accounting, consolidation systems (e.g. Dynamics) and reporting (Jedox). You have a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss citizenship.

As Financial Analyst you will provide value-added financial and analytical insights into the Swiss Hospitality brands operations, helping Management take informed decisions to drive the business. Your main missions will be:

Capex Management:
- Treat and manage all Capital Investment Proposals (CIP) within the Swiss Hospitality brand schools:
- Analyse & challenge all CIPs + assure reviews during and after completion, (including IRR and ROA analysis)
- Accurately report on CAPEX spendings to the Division / Corporate, using state-of-the art reporting tools
- Actively take part to forecast, budget and LRP processes, with a special focus on all CAPEX and investment related aspects (information gathering and presentation, etc.), including depreciation calculation
- Help in the preparation and submission of Cash-flow and Balance sheet forecasts
- Produce reporting to Division and to Corporate in due time and accurately
- In close relationship with campus operations and other department heads, assist in the production and analysis of forecasts for Revenue, costs, cash-flow, CAPEX and other business metrics
- Analyze business results and provide value-added insights to Management on variances versus budget and forecast
- Update the monthly dashboard for department heads
- Assist the FP&A team in ad-hoc projects, such as real estate development, acquisitions, synergies, efficiencies

Headquarters functions finance management:
- Produce month end detailed reporting for each department in due time and accurately
- Analyse business results and provide value-added insights to Management on variances versus budget and forecast
- Have regular meetings with departmental managers to discuss financial performance and identify risks or savings to the budget
- Work closely with HQ departments to produce budget, forecast.
- Develop tools to support department for decision making.
- Support the Group Finance Manager with adhoc analysis in relation to financial performance.
- Other: deal with queries related to insurance coverage (including invoicing), weekly supplier payment proposal.

System:
- User support on finance system (PO / invoice approvals, etc…) and training on Finance planning tools (Jedox)
- Ability to learn setting up rules in the cubes from the reporting system (Jedox)
- Maintenance of AX - Main Accounts and Dimensions List
- Develop dashboarding on Power BI is a plus
