Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Financial Analyst in the Compliance COO Financial Management team located in Zurich. You will have the opportunity to partner with various Compliance functions on various financial matters as well as interacting with Group Finance on the Bank wide’s central cost program

In your role, you will be responsible for
  • Reporting into Financial Mgmt for Compliance, this is an important role focused on the strategic aspects of Compliance financials, supplementing the existing, strong controlling function
  • Role will include preparation of regular, clear, succinct, action-oriented financial reporting for Compliance, financial planning, and engagement with the Bank’s central cost program
  • Lead ad-hoc holistic financial exercises (e.g. Benchmarking, capability reviews etc)
  • The role will also include significant ad hoc analysis, collaborating across Compliance, enabling a proactive finance function to support the shaping and evolution of the Compliance function

Your skills and experience

You will be a good match if you are looking to further develop your career as a financial professional if you have
  • 6-10 years of work experience with emphasis in finance, budgeting and forecasting ideally with experience in the financial industry
  • University degree or equivalent education (in Accounting, Business Administration, or another relevant field)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Macros a plus) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and flexibility to ensure deadlines are met, combined with a solution-oriented attitude
  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication in English, interpersonal and client management skills
  • Willingness to learn and obtain new knowledge and experience
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
