Your tasks
auxiliary accounting: update, checking and reconciliation/clearing
Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Code of Obligations
Steer Cash Management in collaboration with Corporate Treasury and drive Net Working Capital Management
Establishment, update and follow up of financial procedures
Preparation and reporting linked to the annual budget and monthly forecast
Follow up of product costing and set up of some regular reports
Follow up of R&D and CAPEX projects
Internal control system maintenance and risk management: ensure the existence and the proper functioning of internal control
Proposal for structural adaptation of SAP FI/CO data
Partner for the departments responsible for regular reporting (R&D, etc..) and specific projects
FI/CO projects coordination, ensure that projects are delivered according to the specification, budget and timeframe
Your profile
High level degree in Finance & Controlling ( Brevet Fédéral)
Know-how Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss Statutory Accounting (Swiss Code of Obligations)
Experience:
5 years financial experience in a similar position
Language: (+required level):
French & English is mandatory,
German an asset
IT skills:
Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO; SD and MM a plus
MS tools
COGNOS-Controller
