Financial Controller Intern

As a Financial Controller Intern at Quantis, you will work closely with our Financial Controller and Group Finance Lead (CFO) to work on the reporting and consolidation tasks.

Does this describe you and your next role?

• You’re motivated to put your finance/controlling skills to work towards our mission of building a sustainable future.
• You have, or are taking, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a focus on finance, accounting or business administration.
• You have professional fluency in English. Other languages (German, French, Italian) would be a plus.
• You have a successful first experience/internship in accounting, audit, finance or controlling. Ideally in a major accounting firm.
• You have strong Excel skills.
• You’re a hands-on person with a proactive attitude, disciplined but flexible, and ready to work in great autonomy in your role.
• You’re a team player who works quickly, independently and on schedule. You like to improve processes and find solutions.

As an Financial Controller Intern, here’s a preview of what type of work your days will include:

• Support on the consolidation of monthly management reporting, including analytical reviews and KPIs
• Actively support on the intercompany transactions invoicing and reconciliation, and in the group consolidation
• Help on the preparation of reports for group results
• Support the admin & finance managers of the branches in the monthly reporting and year-end closing
• Help with the planification & organization for the new ERP implementation & global finance team calendar
