As a Financial Planning and Accounting Analyst you will supports Head of Financial Planning & Accounting in managing all financial information of the affiliate. Prepares regular updates about the financial performance of the market. Actively participates in the budget cycle to ensure that commercial plan yields expected financial targets. Continuously builds a deep business knowledge that allows effectively connecting commercial and financial domains into one compelling business story.

Your day to day
  • Make sure that actual financials properly reflect the financial performance of the affiliate
  • Monitor changes in the accounting/financial instructions and practices and coordinate respective changes in the financial processes of the affiliate
  • Support the Head of Financial Planning & Accounting in the budget process management prepare communication and calendars, follow up with the respective collaborators, prepare financial overviews to monitor the progress
  • Closely collaborate with IBS and CoE to make sure the market collaborators are provided with relevant financial information and scenarios to support the decision making process
  • Connect the dots across multiple commercial and financial domains to produce compelling financial story
  • Proactively identify potential gaps or excesses in the financial plan and propose mitigating actions
  • Actively propose enhancements to processes and system landscape in order to expand the level of service and usability to internal customers

  • Proficiency in English.
