Are you looking to grow your career in the vibrant world of energy trading & shipping? We are looking for a Financial Solutions Officer to join our team based in Geneva.

As a Financial Solutions Officer you will promote digital solutions, process simplification and technical support across the Trade Finance team with specific accent over reporting tools improvement. You will provide efficient reporting and monitoring over the activities under its responsibilities. You will take appropriate actions to lower the impact of current or new trading activities over T&S cash position at competitive cost. You will also develop relationships with our bankers and commercial counterparts.

It has been an active participant all over the supply chain as well as on the derivatives paper market in order to manage the market risk for a long time. ). As such, it operates in fast-evolving market dynamics influenced by internal and external factors that require constant adaptation and evolution.

What you will do

• Improve current reporting activities, automation of processes and implementation of digital tools for reporting and analytical tools;
• Provide technical assistance to the Credit and Trade Finance team in implementation of cross-functional projects and coordinate the implementation of digital solutions and/or projects
• Implement Supply Chain Finance program options for T&S entities;
• Explore innovative financial solutions adapted to trading activities of T&S and setting up dedicated documentation.

International environment with many internal and external interactions. The position evolves in conjunction with trading activities and requires a lot of flexibility and agility to meet the set targets. You will manage a large number of data to provide regular and on demand reporting to Management. Challenging work within a cross-functional team in charge of the representation and follow up of the working capital needs of T&S.

• You hold a Master’s degree with major in Finance and/or IT/Data management.
• You have a 3 to 5-year experience in Trade Finance / Treasury in a trading house or a bank with connection to physical trading.
• You have a first experience in data visualization and report automation
• You have a strong expertise in VBA, Python and Power-BI (or Tableau)
• Good resilience to stress and very good communication skills are required
• Excellent level in English required
