Fitter / plastics technologist / production (80-100%) 3-shift operation

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and commissioning new production orders as well as monitoring ongoing production in compliance with the department-specific processes in the injection molding and extrusion departments.

Your responsibilities

  • Setting up injection molding tools / extruder systems and creating approval samples for production in 3-shift operation
  • Operation of various equipment, special machines and handling systems
  • Eliminating and logging machine malfunctions with effective remedial measures
  • Control of the quality of the articles produced and identification of defects
  • Sampling of new tools
  • Rebuilding and cleaning tools
  • Machine cleaning and maintenance

Your background

  • Completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ or mechanical-technical training
  • Several years of experience in setting up and maintaining injection molding machines and extrusion systems
  • System experience with Engel-Netstal injection molding machines
  • Supplementary courses and training according to the training matrix
  • Good German, both in writing and orally
  • Team capable and independent person with personal responsibility
