Your field of responsibility


A challenging role as the senior product delivery lead for Flowable, rolling out an internal application to a diverse and global user base. You are responsible for shaping concepts and requirements for product features and running them end-to-end from inception to go-live. You develop processes, standards and guidelines to ensure structured, standardized and controlled growth of a dynamic and rapidly growing platform.

We are a small team, part of a larger organization, focusing on Compliance, Risk and Front Office tools. Your skills and experience


Show as that you have:

  • A completed degree (or provable equivalent practical experience) in Business, Economics, Engineering
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with BPMN frameworks, business reporting technologies (Tableau, Qlik) and Data Lake (Palantir Foundry, SnowFlake) would be helpful
  • Proven experience with Scrum or agile frameworks in general, as well as a background as product lead and/or business analyst
  • Profound knowledge of IT platforms or portals and ability to translate clients’ needs to agile squads
  • Objective, results-oriented and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true partnership
  • Experience in the regulated technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and you can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of accuracy
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a transparent and clear manner
  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
  • We are looking for a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, who enjoys to share knowledge with others
