At a Glance:

As a footwear development intern, you will support the development team in executing strategic and forward thinking footwear developments from creation through to sales-team sampling. You will work collaboratively and efficiently with Design/ Materials /PM teams to coordinate your own projects as well as self-initiated work.

Your Team:

Our team combines the best experts in fields such as Engineering, Development and Product Management to create something extraordinary.

Your Mission:
  • Support Footwear Developers in creating and executing products based on our creative briefs.
  • Help to collate information on development -specific target data in regard to the On sustainability roadmap in line with our strateg y .
  • Feed footwear quality, prices and production lead times into the PLM systems. Update database accordingly.
  • Research and analyse new technologies and feedback to the wider group.
  • Support the coordination of footwear testing.
  • Liaise with all working level Footwear Design, Product Developers, Product Management, Material Innovation, Sustainability, Supply Chain as well as the Testing team.
Your Story:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in Engineering, Design or related field ideally from a global leading university .
  • Affinity for shoe making and technology, with a key awareness of s ustainability both within the industry and analogous industries.
  • Understanding of the industry’s processes and eagerness to learn proactively as well as with full team support.
  • Collaborative spirit with divers e stakeholders as well as superior communication skills (verbal and written English) .
  • Able to balance creativity with organisation and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Talent to deal with change and bring entrepreneurial spirit when facing unexpected challenges.
