What It’s About

Opportunity to join Partners Group’s European Real Estate investment team. The team sources, underwrites, and invests in private real estate opportunities, including direct real estate - typically value-added projects - and secondaries investment such a JV or fund recapitalizations
Support the team with the execution of investments end-to-end from initial screening through due diligence and closing; also contributing towards origination of transactions
Create and maintain monitoring models for Pan-European Real Estate Investments
Support Zug and London team members with ad-hoc data analysis and compilation tasks during underwriting of new deals, exits and the quarterly internal valuation process
Support team members in analyzing capital expenditures, leases, refinancings and other major decisions and preparing recommendations to the deal responsible or investment committee accordingly
Special projects as required

What We Expect

2-3 years of experience in Real Estate investments gained in a bank or Real Estate Private Equity Firm
Must have: strong financial modelling, analysis and research skills (strong excel skills are essential) and the personality to work in a dynamic and growing firm
Strong academic credentials: Bachelors / Masters Degree, preferably in Finance or Real Rstate
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills: our business language is English; additional languages are a plus
