We are part of the global Merkle brand, the largest brand within the dentsu group, who shares with us a network of over 66,000 passionate individuals in 146 countries.Job Description:DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :L’équipe compte environ 70 collaborateurs, elle est constituée de développeurs, de responsables de produits, de responsables de projets et de business analystes.VOTRE MISSION :

• Contribuer à la collecte et la formalisation des besoins business dans le contexte de notre programme stratégique visant à concevoir et développer notre nouvel outil de gestion de portefeuille.
• Interagir avec les utilisateurs finaux notamment en participant à des ateliers de type « design thinking »
• Comprendre et formaliser les besoins métiers en suivant une méthodologie agile (user stories). Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles.
• Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de développement dans le but d’approfondir et clarifier les besoins business. Participer à l’élaboration des solutions permettant d’y répondre.
• Participer aux réunions périodiques de l’équipe de développement.
• Contribuer activement aux campagnes de tests ainsi qu’aux phases de déploiement

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

• Master en informatique ou équivalent ;
• Expérience significative dans un poste similaire dans l’industrie de la finance
• Expérience pratique des méthodologies agiles, Scrum est un plus ;
• Compréhension de la gestion de portefeuilles ainsi que des principaux indicateurs tels que la performance et la mesure du risque représentent également des atouts ;
• Esprit entrepreneurial, autonomie, proactivité, esprit d’équipe et aisance communicationnelle ;
• Français et anglais courants ;
