What It’s About
  • Drive strategic and operational projects for the Client Solutions (Investor Relations) Department
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate analyses and presentations for e.g. the Executive Committee, the Board, Business Line Management Meetings, and senior management
  • Together with the Business Department Heads and internal stakeholders, drive the long-term business plan for the Client Solutions Department, which involves product planning, financial value creation, financial value creation, office/hiring planning, AuM forecasting, etc
  • Track business department and unit goals on a recurring basis; communicate milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies
  • Drive and coordinate client engagement across stakeholders and platforms like My Partners Group, data rooms and
  • Improve our client relationship management system-landscape by challenging existing tools and representing Client Solutions in interdepartmental project groups
  • Set agendas and prepare regional and global Business Department offsites
What We Expect
  • Top academic credentials with a coursework emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years’ of working experience, preferably within private equity, investment banking or consulting
  • Strong and proven project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mind-set and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in English
