We are looking for several experienced Business Processes Senior Consultants for the areas of Insurance and Health Insurance, who can develop business process outsourcing solutions for our clients from design through to implementation. As a part of the Global Solution Development team, you will be with us on the front line in the areas of both business and technology and your contribution is key to SPS’ ambitious growth targets.

Your field of activity You will cover the following tasks:
  • be responsible for developing client solutions focused on the digital transformation and outsourcing of business processes, specifically around document intensive business workflows
  • lead the solution design process for strategic multi-million and multi-national deals end-to-end, while working together with local sales and global delivery teams
  • envision, create and deliver global and complex solution concepts as well as sales responses
  • consult and guide a virtual multi-national team of consulting professionals in effectively partnering with clients, leveraging tools, assets and methodologies, as well as driving the development and documentation of best-practice offerings
  • develop and apply leading practices to transform the way our customers currently operate, detail concepts into proposals and also advise on the optimal shoring delivery option
  • coach the CxO-level of our clients, adopting a strategic approach developing solution concepts based on their future needs
  • own vertical expertise, providing knowledge sharing to a virtual team and driving the development and documentation of best-practice offerings
  • articulate industry-specific trends and challenges and help clients in these industries to go through significant transformations
Your Profile
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in designing transformation programs and winning double digit Mio. BPO deals
  • Solid practical experience in leading global transformation projects of re-designing the operational processes in either insurance or health insurance
  • In-depth business management and technical skills as well as the knowledge of back office processes in insurance or health sectors
  • Bachelor’s degree in either economics or engineering, an MBA is a plus
  • A balanced mix of a pro-active client-facing personality, solid business acumen and a high IT affinity, including knowledge of automation processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as an analytical and conceptual mind-set
  • Self-starter mentality and a team player able to work towards team goals
  • Fluent English and German (preferable)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Part time job possible: from 80%
  • Foreseen travel: up to 50% (Europe mostly)
  • Location: Germany or Switzerland preferred, or other SPS locations
  • Remote work: yes
