  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative tasks.
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes;
  • research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with Team, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner.
Your teamYou will join the young, dynamic and driven team of professionals servicing Financial Intermediaries in Latin America particularly in LATAM South. This role is based in Geneva..Your expertise



  • financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry.
  • able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible.
  • sound judgment and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results.
  • confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • excellent skills in Spanish and English. French is an asset to integrate within the Team,
  • timely and good execution of tasks assigned by CA
