Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?We’re constantly looking for client account managers to :



  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients
  • assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
  • support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
  • perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • support client advisors in administrative, risk, legal and compliance related tasks and duties
Your teamYou’ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. As client account manager you’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.Your expertise



  • financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • ideally you already finished a Banking Apprenticeship
  • unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
  • team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
  • works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness
  • able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • superior written and oral communications skills in English including the ability to deliver difficult messages and client issues with confidence, further languages are an asset
