Your role

Do you have a high client service orientation and high risk awareness? Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you go the extra mile to find a solution?

We are looking for someone to
  • orchestrate complex Onboarding cases front to back
  • support the client advisor to collect all needed information and documents from the client
  • understand the structures and reflect them in UBS Systems/Documents according to internal and external regulations and policies
  • actively find solutions (clear roadblocks) and project-manage the most complex onboarding
  • arrange all the necessary clarifications that might happen through the onboarding, by involving the needed stakeholders
  • review external client forms
  • arrange and/or prepare and reviews the onboarding documentation (incl. internal forms)
  • support CA to ensure regulatory compliance of submitted materials

Your team

You will be working in the Onboarding Team of the Front Support Office. We are a central unit of support specialists and deal with support, process and client related questions in the Onboarding area for Wealth Management in Switzerland. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

Your expertise

  • facilitation and problem solving skills across different departments (Front, Risk, Compliance), with a clear client-centric mindset
  • client onboarding knowledge (Documentation and KYC) & basic familiarity with AML/KYC, particularly in the Wealth Management setting. Knowledge UBS-internal processes and UBS tools is an asset
  • able to handle multiple cases at the same time, without losing the overview & understanding where the priorities lie
  • outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English a/o German. French / Italian / Spanish and Russian would be an asset.
  • confident speaking with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • good balance of risk and commercial mindset. Accurate and keen on detail
