Beschreibung

Our Client is a leading producer of floor coverings, building and construction adhesives and has an international network of 25 production and distribution companies headquartered in Baar in the canton of Zug, we are looking for a commited person to work as a Corporate IT Security Officerfor their headquarters in Baar.

Tasks

  • The CISO reports to the CIO and instructs employees in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the company to reduce information and information technology cybersecurity risks.
  • The CISO develops the information security strategy, implements it in close cooperation with the information security board and leads the cyber crisis team.
  • He/she responds to and follows on incidents, establishes appropriate standards and controls, manages

    security technologies, and directs the establishment and implementation of Group policies and procedures.

  • The IT risks and security topics are comprised of data protection and confidentiality, data loss prevention, data integrity, disaster recovery and operational compliance of local IT.
  • He/she leads the cybersecurity program, defines, and maintains an IT security management system.
  • New upcoming threats and developments regarding the exposure of our IT infrastructure must be monitored continuously, with preventive actions planned and implemented.
  • The CISO liaises with the IT Security Operation Center (SOC) service provider.

Must Haves

  • The requirement for this position is a degree in computer science or similar education with a security focus, as well as experience in IT security and risk management topics in an international environment.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Managers (CISM) are preferred for this roll.
  • An optimal candidate should possess good knowledge in networking and operating systems, and in industry best practices like IT COBIT, and/or ITIL.
  • It is expected to have a basic knowledge of programming, system administration and security-centric tech, like DNS, routing, authentication, VPN, proxy services and DDOS mitigation technologies.
  • A good understanding of coding practices, ethical hacking, threat modeling, firewalling, and intrusion detection/prevention protocols is helpful.
  • Your way of working is analytical, structured and you have very good English communication skills.
