Are you experienced in leading a Security Department? Are you familiar with topics in Security Strategy, Data Protection, Cloud Security, Security of IoT products or Security Incidents? Then don’t hesitate to apply!

What to expect
  • You are responsible for the information, cyber, corporate and physical security of the entire company in Switzerland and Lichtenstein
  • You are the contact person and interface to the Head Office Security department, ensure the reporting to Top Management about Security Strategical plan implementation, security threats or critical incidents happened in BU perimeter
  • You define and implement the security strategy for the BU, aligned with Group Security Strategic Plan
  • You are responsible for conception, planning and management of IT security projects in the area of proper security measures, application and infrastructure, data protection, prevention/avoiding unauthorized access, development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) etc.
  • You advise internal departments on IT security, architecture and technologies
  • You are in charge of the implementation of processes and procedures to manage the secure software development lifecycle, the Cloud Security and the security of IoT products
  • You ensure a proper management of security incidents, with the support of other group entities involved, and the potential activation of Group processes and capabilities (e.g. Group Crisis Management process)
  • You make sure that providers of external information system, system component or services employ security practices in accordance with applicable laws and defined IT security standard
  • You are responsible for risk analysis, assessments and security approvals according to applicable standards
The skills you’ll bring
  • Relevant experience in Cyber Security in international group or major consulting firms; specific experience in financial services industry would be a plus
  • Solid knowledge of cyber security and new threats
  • Leadership skill and able to communication with senior executives
  • Strategic mindset and deep understanding on new technology trends
  • Effective management of security incidents
  • Ability to work in complex organization and deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Degree-level education (Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent);
  • Certifications on Information Security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO27001, CISA, ISO22301, GSEC, CEH, CSX etc.) would be a plus
