Position Summary

We are looking for a Data Driven Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team of Global Audience and Data Driven Marketing team at Nestlé Headquarters.

A day in the life of a Global Brand Campaigns Intern

Recipe Hub fundamentals
  • Training to key stakeholders and ownership of introduction to the program and the strategy for Recipe Hub for the new members to join
  • Coordination of the new roll outs and communication with the key stakeholders on the day-to-day approach
  • Project management on the new innovation features to be launched around the recipe ecosystem (left over management, cookbook...)
  • Drive the insights for SRH analysis dashboard. Improvements, new use cases, follow up on the tracking part.

Digital Commerce Enablers
  • Lead the relationship with the three globally approved BuyNow vendors (PriceSpider, Wunderman, Adimo):
  • Define Product Roadmap, Market Trainings, Communication plan & new commerce pilots
  • Set-up regular SteerCos to track progress of the agreed 2022 plan
  • Co-Lead with IT the assessment and rollout-out plan of BuyNow requests from Zones/Markets/Brands across our three partners - for both owned and paid contact points
  • Have regular connects with Categories/Markets in order to:
  • Share internal/external performance benchmarks
  • Review BuyNow PLV & Sales KPIs to ultimately align on an improvement plans across widget optimization, UX/UI & pilots w/Google Optimize & Session Cam
  • Continue the set-up of Sales Tracking capabilities across top retailers per market for all three BuyNow suppliers

Audience coordination
  • Develop, maintain audience case study library with best practices across the region
  • Coordinate market and category support and access to learning materials
  • Lead Global data and audience network calls
What will make you successful

  • Ongoing education in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field.
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Previous experience in Marketing, eCommerce or related field is a plus
  • Proactive, autonomous, and open personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness and ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas
