What It’s About

In this position, you will be part of the Global Human Resources Department, based in Zug, Switzerland or London where you will support the HR Management Team on Department related tasks. This role will start as a 60% work quota role.

Your support to the Human Resources Department will include the following tasks as well as ad hoc tasks:
  • Provides administrative support and assistance for senior management member(s) and team members, including travel bookings, expense reports, filings, Outlook inbox and calendar administration, etc.
  • Coordination of and attendance in all department related meetings (such as BD meetings, team meetings, workshops, offsites, etc. Coordination responsibilities include all logistics including participant availability and invitations, video conference setup, drafting the agenda with guidance, documentation such as minutes and storage or organisation of files, etc. on a global basis
  • Coordinates with office management and other internal teams, liaising with relevant internal stakeholders and external organizations/vendors, to support key deliverables for the HR Department
  • Controlling and maintaining key reference documents for the leadership team and department as a whole, support projects and project management on a case-by-case basis
  • Formatting, proofing and editing documentation and power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, good IT and Microsoft office skills, can work independently and has the willingness to deliver. This person is characterized as open minded and motivated, and works efficiently, proactively and with precision.

The successful candidate will have either completed a relevant degree and/or relevant working experience (2+ years) and you are fluent in English. Experience in an international environment and in the financial industry or HR is a plus.
