Position Summary

The Nescafé Category is looking for an E-Business Data and Analytics Manager responsible for designing and implementing the Coffee Data hub.

Reporting directly to the NEMENA Coffee E-Business Lead, you will be in charge of analyzing and identifying opportunities from data sources, uncovering actionable insights, translating into recommendations and meaningful summaries that will influence leadership decisions.

A day in the life of an E-Business Data & Analytics Manager Nescafé

  • Inputs into brand marketing plans on data requirements, support and guide marketing investment decisions and activations, and proactively develop actionable insights and recommendation to improve acquisitions, conversion, and customer activations.
  • Works with Website / Search and CRM / Service managers and insights teams to provide an understanding of how consumers interact with our products across our digital platforms.
  • Leads technical data integration plan across Coffee brands ecosystem, including governance.
  • Defines and aligns the reference document of taxonomy applicable to Coffee EMENA category.
  • Participates in the design, set up and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Develops a data driven culture at Coffee EMENA and stays up to date on the latest tools and industry trends for all facets of digital and consumer experience marketing.
  • Accounts for the quality and accuracy of data, service and thought leadership - in line with strategy/priorities established by the eBusiness team and markets, according to agreed roadmap.

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 5 years in a Category Data and analytics Manager role.
  • Experience in generating and presenting insights from marketing data.
  • Data visualization techniques and data story telling.
  • Understand how to design, build, and integrate data from various sources.
  • Strong problem-solving bias to establish efficient and automated processes for data.
  • Familiar with Computational Marketing / Advertising areas: audience modelling, real time performance marketing, and predictive analysis.
  • Up to date with latest cutting-edge analytics technologies / techniques.
  • Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative pilot and tests across different markets and scale them up.
  • Fluent in English, another European language a plus.
