Job Reference #265494BRJob TypePart TimeYour roleAs additional support for our team in Geneva, we look for a new colleague as Event Attendant paid by the hour and on call. The average employment level of 3% depends on the number of events and personal flexibility. In this function you:

• are in charge of reception and customer service at different events such as client events, press conferences or events of third parties in exposures of UBS
• support the event manager and contribute significantly to the smooth and safe proceeding of an event
  

Your teamIn the Geneva region, we are a small, motivated and enthusiastic team that actively supports each other at exciting regional events. We are part of the Group Functions unit, which covers a full range of logistics services.Your expertise

• flexibility and mobility

• well groomed appearance, excellent manners and absolutely discreet
• proactive with a high level of service orientation and a strong focus on quality
• enthusiastic, team player and able to work under pressure
• fluent in French and English, German an asset
