MORE LIFE

From club nights to corporate business events, MORE LIFE organises exciting happenings each week of the year. Founded only in February 2022, we covered already a hotel takeover, 40+ corporate events with partners as Aroma, Red Bull and Samsung. Additionally, we stepped foot into the Web3, and held the first Metaverse Summit of Switzerland. Simultaneously, we hold weekly nightlife events in Lausanne and Zurich, visited by more than 25’000 guests this year so far.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be assigned of an event series, which you will be fully responsible for. As the event manager you will be in charge of the whole organisation behind it, from creating the concept, managing the budget, doing the promotion, setting up the platforms, talking to the stakeholders as clients, venues, technicians and suppliers. Last but not least, you will physically be on-sight managing the guests and staff during all events. You will be in touch with the whole team, bouncing back and forth your ideas, and working closely with the design team to embody the event’s vision.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This is the opposite of a corporate job. We are here to push.

Therefore, we are looking for someone hands-on, who is hungry to take responsibility and is ready to dominate his/her field. Even though we are an events company, we are not looking for party people - but individuals which are eager to hustle and build up something on their own.

PROFILE

You must:

  • Speak and write English, French and/or German

  • Possess the rare combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset

  • Be extremely well-organised as the work intensifies

  • Take responsibility and always be willing to walk the extra mile

  • Enjoy working all around the clock; We don’t tell you when to start, we simply expect you to perform at your best.
