As a F&C Specialist, you will conduct administrative and reporting activities to support transversal management of all Nestlé buildings and related services in Switzerland.

A Day in the life of a F&C Specialist

Administration:
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for the monthly processing and reconciliation of internal/external invoicing claims. Check approvals, release postings and good receipts accordingly
  • Support all units/sites in scope with administrative duties (PR/PO/GR/Invoice) for the management of external suppliers
Cost tracking & Reporting and Analytics:
  • Maintain and develop existing cost tracking tools (in PowerBI and Excel)
  • Within the team, support the preparation of annual budget (OPEX/CAPEX) for all sites across Switzerland
  • Track and report gaps vs plan. Analyze reasons for deviations and propose/implement corrective actions to enable accurate forecasting
  • Conduct analysis, revisions and simulations to support business/functional cost savings initiatives
Compliance and projects:
  • Conduct compliance checks to ensure right application of internal policies and costing standards
  • Contribute in department projects with focus on Costs assessment, Risks and/or Compliance

What Will Make You Successful
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills (knowledge of PowerBI, Excel VBA and SAP are definite plus)
  • Good understanding of business processes, internal controls, best practices & systems
  • Efficiency, reliability, and a “can do” attitude
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Higher education - preferably in Science, Finance, Business management or Computer Science. Preferably prior experience in Decision support or costing or other finance area
