Position Summary

As a Global Brand Manager Meals, you will shape and develop our Frozen & Chilled Ready Meals business & identify new source of growth in Ready Meals.

A day in the life of a Global Brand Manager Meals

  • Develop and execute a global vision and strategy for the Ready Meals (Frozen/Chilled) category, identifying potential areas of entry and exit, including I&R pipeline in collaboration with R&D
  • Scout M&A opportunities and drive potential specific opportunities/projects
  • Implement the agreed vision, strategy, and operational plan for Ready Meals
  • Contribute to Brand, Communication (incl. Packaging), Sustainability and Data Driven New Business Model strategy
  • Provide category specific guidance for market implementation
  • Transfer knowledge and share best practices across markets and zones

What Will Make You Successful
  • At least 8 to 10 years’ experience in Business development, Marketing, Sales and/or Trade roles, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Experience in the Ready Meals/Frozen category is a must
  • Ability and credibility to lead and/ or participate in matrix organization and business/project multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
