IntroductionFor one of our International client based in Lausanne we are looking for a :
GTM Senior Specialist: Intelligent Workplace
Description De La Mission
- Owner of the intelligent workplace strategy, GTM and of the budget
- Understanding of market trends, key drivers and client requirements and their translation into executable workplace initiatives and programs, aligned with compagny global and European strategy
- Responsible for intelligent workplace portfolio and onboarding of new vendors and services
- Development of the intelligent workplace business pitch, sales enablement and account mapping with sales team
- Support for key clients and keeping of relationship with key workplace stakeholders
- Planning of marketing initiatives together with marketing team
- Supporting alliance with two main vendors, Microsoft and Cisco. Understanding their value proposition, programs and sales plays
- Developing cross-GTM initiatives with colleges from cybersecurity and infrastructure areas
- Actively visiting clients, with or without sales, positioning workplace portfolio, explaining business benefits and trying to develop and generate new opportunities and business in cybersecurity area
- Significant of work experience in Business Development in IT environment
- Relevant experience with workplace technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, Pexip etc.) and service offerings (Professional, Support, Cloud and Managed Services)
- Deep understanding of workplace market, trends and competitor landscape in Switzerland
- Client focused person combining business and technical skills
- Active behavior and positive personality able to excite the clients and their stakeholders
- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills able to interact with all teams (sales, go-to-market, engineers)
- Presentation skills and client focus with solid client engagement skills
- Fluent in English and German and/or French ideally.
