An innovative startup based around Geneva and active in Tech and Fine Wine seeks a Senior Head of Sales and Business Development to join its expanding team.

This C-level role will drive the growth of 1275’s core business activities.

Candidates must bring an expert knowledge of the fine wine market, a first-hand experience in a start-up, and a proven track-record of HNW / UHNW sales generations. They will hone and implement our Sales & Marketing strategy, set ambitious targets, and drive the various strategic initiatives.

Candidates must bring outstanding interpersonal skills, a self-starter attitude, strong analytical skills, a natural attention to details, and a wide network of prospect clients.

We seek a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude to work closely with our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue growth

• Bring private and family office clients

• Develop the portfolio of clients

• Implement marketing strategy

• Develop communications strategy

• Manage budgets

• Work directly with CEO

Qualifications

• Start-up experience

• Swiss based

• Fine wine industry expertise

• Masters degree or equivalent experience

• Strong data analysys skills. Database knowledge a plus

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

• Bilingual English and French - other languages a plus

• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
