For our client, a specialty chemicals company with a leading position, we are looking for a Head of SAP Business ByDesign (m/f/d) as soon as possible.


Yourtasks:

  • Manage the newly built global SAP ByD team to ensure quality solution delivery
  • Management of external providers and vendors
  • Deploy implementations together with the rollout partners
  • Drive process & service improvements by ensuring compliance to group requirements
  • Application management
  • Develop the template solution further according to upcoming Business requirements and in close alignment with SAP’s development roadmap and best-practice

YourQualifications:

  • Strong SAP BYD consulting experience in SAP FICO/CRM or SCM, or other core module
  • Strong and deep hands on experience in the related SAP ByD modules even combined with strong technical know-how and experience in custom solution development
  • Proven track record of implementing global SAP ByD solutions, and have even developed a rollout program / methodology
  • Willingness to work hands-on and have a hunger for new challenges
  • Analytical and process orientated approach to job
  • International team management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps
  • Ability to network within the IT and business environment
  • Readiness to travel up to 30-40 %
  • Fluent in English and German
