The Human Resources Generalist will be providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources. She/he will be collaborating with the whole HR team in the implementation of the Human Capital Strategy and various HR programs as well as supporting HRBPs throughout the employee’s life cycle (hiring, onboarding, exit).

Mission
  • Support the HR team in the roll out and implementation of Learning and Development programs and initiatives, including support for the creation and roll out of training programs, the monitoring and evaluation of training activities effectiveness and the development and preparation of visual supports
  • As part of the L&D initiatives, design, organize and roll out the yearly Lunch & Learn program as well as periodic New joiners workshops
  • Participate in the deployment of HR projects/initiatives such as the conception of an onboarding program, the implementation and roll out of Talent Review process, etc.
  • Support the HRBPs in talent acquisition activities : job description review, CVs screening, organization of candidates interview as well as interns’ recruitments management
  • Provide support to the HR team in the employee’s life cycle : preparation of work certificates, implementation of some initiatives/processes
  • Play an active role in organization of initiatives and activities such as Children’s day (“Futur en tous genre”, Flu vaccination, etc.)
  • Assist in the promotion and communication of the HR programs (design, marketing, visibility,)
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures such as Employee Handbook
  • Produce diverse HR analysis on demand
Profil

Education:

  • University degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, social science or economy

Professional Experience & Competences:

  • 3-5 years’ HR experience including first experience in Learning & Development and recruitment
  • Good understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Labor law, social and employment legislation

IT skills:

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

Languages:

  • Fluent in French and English
