Job Description:

Responsabilités

  • Gérer des projets techniques d’évolutions ou/et transformation des infrastructures datacenter, en lien avec les architectes, ingénieurs, équipes infrastructures et le management.
  • Préparer, gérer et animer les séances de comités.
  • Préparer, gérer et animer les suivis et coordination de projets.
  • Assurer la coordination des activités, ressources, et le reporting du projet.
  • Assurer le respect des objectifs définis, scope, délivrables, budget et délais du projet, tout en gérant les risques.
  • Utiliser la méthodologie et les outils internes de gestion de projet

Qualifications:

  • Diplôme EPFL, HES ou formation technique supérieure jugée équivalente.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de communication et de motivation d’équipe de projet.
  • Esprit naturellement très positif et constructif, dynamique, esprit d’initiative, et résistance au stress.
  • Très bonne expérience de gestion de projets techniques, méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet.
  • Idéalement bonne expérience des pratiques agiles, scrum, kanban, devops et outillage collaboratif.
  • Expérience dans les domaines des architecture et infrastructures datacenter, on premise, cloud, hybrid, compréhension technique globale, operating systems, Linux, Windows, compute, storage, virtualisation, réseau, sécurité, automatisation et infrastructure as code.
  • Français courant et très bon niveau d’anglais (parlé et écrit).
  • Domicile en Suisse requis, Suisse ou autre nationalité avec permis depuis plus de 3 ans
