Job Description
- Represent group portfolio on International level
- Be a Single Point Of Contact of the customers
- Develop trusting relationships with the company’s major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will benefit all parties
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Be profit-minded and customer oriented when it comes to difficult situations
- Be in contact with all internal functions in order to better serve the customer needs
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and rules
- Proven experience as key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills (also online), good command of English and German
- Able to work independently in a start-up atmosphere
- Be self-driven, ambitious, dynamic and able to perform under highly stressed situations
- Solution oriented
- Have high level influencing and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel when necessary
- Office presence in Zug, Switzerland, is required
