Position Summary
As part of the IT Switzerland Team, you will ensure a good understanding of IT opportunities and issues facing Nespresso Receivers and advises on the best solutions often deployed through projects. You will documents opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and play a key role within the local Product Group Team to specify, test and deploy those IS/IT solutions, as well as manage the coordination of change and release and other sustain & compliance activities.

A day in the life of...
  • Analyze and implement business requirements, manage project, own local IT products to drive business value
  • Functional support on ERP & other global IT Products
  • Train and support receivers for testing activities and handle IT Product sustain activities
  • Perform or organize local acceptance tests for locally driven projects and Market Acceptance Test for globally driven releases
  • Support the identification of security & compliance requirements by design, including roles associated with the business process & execute cloud compliance & other security controls supporting the market ISMS
  • Support partnering with business partners to conduct ideation, design, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery
  • Assist in assessing near-term needs, preparing structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities

What will make you successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
  • First Project management experience is a plus
  • First Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English and French.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
  • Experience working with larger ERP systems and digital cloud-based solutions
  • You are curious, innovative and results driven
