Junior Chef de Service (m/w)

Contratto stagionale da maggio a ottobre 2023 (con opzione di prolungamento di contratto)

Saisonvertrag ab Mai bis Ende Oktober 2023 (mit Option auf Verlängerung des Vertrages)

• Apertura e chiusura dei ristoranti
• Sostegno ai Maîtres di sala nella gestione della brigata e rispetto degli standard aziendali
• Servizio à la carte, pensioni e Room Service
• Supporto al bar quando richiesto
• Allestimento delle sale e gestione degli eventi, banchetti e conferenze
• Gestione della cassa Micros
• Pulizia e riassetto delle aree ristorative

• Eröffnung und Schliessung der Restaurants
• Unterstützung der Maîtres bei der Führung der Servicebrigade und Einhaltung der Standards
• À la carte-Service, Halbpensionen und Roomservice
• Bei Bedarf Einsätze an der Bar
• Einrichten der Meetingräume sowie Betreuung der verschiedenen Events, Bankette und Konferenzen
• Führen der Micros-Kasse
• Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten im Restaurantbereich

• Dal diploma all’attestato di scuola professionale nel settore Alberghiero e/o ogni persona motivata in questo settore di attività con esperienza negli alberghi 5 stelle
• Lingue richieste: padronanza della lingua italiana e tedesca, possibilmente francese ed inglese
• Buona motivazione e predisposizione alla vendità
• Orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, spirito di gruppo e attenzione alla qualità sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che la contraddistinguono

• Fähigkeitszeugnis und/oder jede motivierte und enthusiastische Person, welche Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position sowie in der 5* Hotellerie mitbringt
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse inItalienisch,Deutschund wenn möglich Französisch und Englisch
• Hohe Motivation und Verkaufstalent
• Gästeorientiert, flexibel, teamfähig sowie qualitätsbewusst sind nur einige Attribute, welche Sie auszeichnen
